I would like the ability to customise an error message that is displayed if a customer enters in a date that does not meet the 'Date from' or 'Date to' validations. In this example i have set a date from validation that can't be 90 days before the form viewed date. Rather than displaying the standard error message 'Date can not be before dd/mm/yyyy' I would like to provide the customer a more meaningful error message so they understand why and the options they can take to rectify.
Instead of having to add or approve an email in order for a user to be able to create drafts, it would be helpful to at least be able to have a setting for users to automatically approved.
It would be helpful to be able to bulk download the attachments submitted on a form. We have a grant form where the user is required to submit 5 - 10 documents in order to qualify, and we are having to download them one at a time.
It would be great if there was something so that users could change the language of the form. As it is, I create a version in English and Spanish. However, the auto-created text (like Please choose in a drop-down) still shows up in English and I can't change it. We are soon going to be required by law to provide accessible languages.
Would love to see a way that when you use the regex expression for currency, it can also have the dollar sign $ somehow included without user having to type it in.
Would love to see a way for the dashes to automatically be in the phone element. When I enter a phone number from my iPhone, that element brings up a numbers keyboard as opposed to the regular keyboard with all the letter/numbers/symbols. The number keyboard does not have a - available so user can't even key it in. Placeholder in this case is useless.
I want to be able to add a customization to the Submission ID so I can easily see who submitted a form in the submissions window. Right now I would have to click on each individual form to see who the pdf is from. If this is not possible, maybe having the ability to view the pdf submission from the Data Viewer window would work too.
I want my approvers to be able to see the previous approvals that they have actioned so they can review their previous approvals.
Add option so if they deny a form can be presented to fill out additional information (same as when Approved). Also, the final step...handle both approve/deny options.
I want to be able to have forms users use an invisible reCAPTCHA instead of checkbox reCAPTCHA without having to build an app.
Add an upload document element, allow for text formatting and to CC other email addresses. Often times the end user loses the email-it would be nice to copy ourself so that we can forward the most recent request for clarification.
The ability to work on multiple submissions of the same form at the same time without loosing your data. Save the work in progress form to a folder to be able to return to it and continue working on it
When an approval group requests clarification, I want the clarification to skip any approval steps that have already approved the submission.
We are working to standardize our forms so they all appear the same way. To that end, we are creating letterhead to go at the top of each form. Right now, we are reliant on each individual user to add that letterhead to each form they create. It would be nice if we had an administrative button to click, maybe under the Apps section or Advanced Tools, that would allow us to assign a header image for all forms within a selection. It would be nice, too, if we could have different headers per environment.
We have had a couple of use cases recently where we would like to populate a field with a default value from other fields from the form i.e. details entered into the first name and last name fields could be used as the default value for an emergency contact person field. It would be great to enable elements into the 'Default Value' feature.
It would be great if we could let users sign their name, type their name, or use an e-signature. This is an accessibility issue - just signing is not accessible so we end up putting a text box for users to just type their name.
When a field/section is hidden on the form, why does it show up on the pdf? Workflow allows you to select ones to hide but if the field/section is always hidden, why not default it to hide when the pdf is created?
In a form, I want the form to remember whether a Section element was collapsed or expanded when starting the form from autosave data or from a draft so that I do not need to manually collapse sections that I already collapsed.
