Use Submitted Email in Approval Flow - 48125

I’d like the ability to take an email address entered in a form submission and use it later in the approval flow. This would be especially useful for annual performance reviews, where the process starts with the supervisor and director, but must then go back to the employee being reviewed for final acknowledgment—confirming whether they agree or disagree with the evaluation. Currently, the lack of this functionality limits our ability to fully utilize the platform for review processes and prevents us from managing annual evaluations within the system. Adding this feature would greatly enhance workflow flexibility and improve our ability to manage reviews efficiently within the platform. I consider this a HIGH PRIORITY and a NECESSITY for our team to effectively implement and manage performance reviews using this software.
